- US Dec New Home Supply 4.3 Months' Worth At Current Pace Vs Nov 4.2 Months

New home sales seasonally adjusted miss estimates but tick up from November's revised levels. Supply ticked up 0.1 months. Median selling price ticked up to $355k from Nov's $344k.

Midwest v strong up 31% while NE and S both fell mid-single digit percentages (table below). West up 9%.
